Carex pseudocyperus, commonly known as Cypress like Sedge grass, is a perennial grass native to wetlands and marshy areas. It forms dense clumps of tall, narrow, triangular stems that resemble the foliage of cypress trees. The dark green leaves provide an attractive ornamental display. This grass prefers moist soil and grows well along the edges of ponds or in water gardens.
