Caryota urens (Solitaire Palm, Toddy Palm, Wine Palm)

Caryota urens, commonly known as Solitaire Palm, Toddy Palm, or Wine Palm, is a tall and graceful palm tree native to India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia. It has stunning, feathery leaves that resemble the tail of a fish, giving it the common name Fishtail Palm. The trunk of the palm is slender and ringed with old leaf scars. This palm can grow up to 60 feet tall, with a crown of 15-20 gracefully arching leaves.
