Cercocarpus montanus (True Mountain Mahogany)

Cercocarpus montanus, commonly known as True Mountain Mahogany, is a small evergreen shrub native to the western United States. It is known for its dense, twisted branches, and its leaves are dark green and leathery. In spring, it produces small clusters of fragrant, creamy-white flowers that attract pollinators. The shrub is highly drought-tolerant and prefers well-drained soil.
