Chitalpa linearis, commonly known as Desert Willow, is a small deciduous tree native to the southwestern United States. It is a hybrid between the Desert Catalpa (Chilopsis linearis) and the Southern Catalpa (Catalpa bignonioides). The tree features narrow, willow-like leaves and produces showy, trumpet-shaped flowers in shades of pink, purple, or white. With its graceful branches and attractive flowers, the Desert Willow adds a touch of elegance to gardens and landscapes.
