Cotoneaster divaricatus, commonly known as Spreading Cotoneaster, is a deciduous shrub native to China. It features arching branches with small, glossy green leaves that turn vibrant shades of orange and red in the fall. In summer, it produces clusters of small white flowers that are followed by bright red berries in the fall and winter, attracting birds to the garden.
