Cupressus sargentii (Sargent's Cypress)

Sargent's Cypress, scientifically known as Cupressus sargentii, is a species of conifer in the family Cupressaceae. It is endemic to California, United States. This cypress is typically found in the coastal mountains, chaparral, and Sierra Nevada. It's a drought-tolerant tree, evergreen with dark green foliage and brown cones.
