The Davidia involucrata, commonly known as the Ghost Tree, Handkerchief Tree, or Dove Tree, is a deciduous flowering tree native to China. It is widely known for its large white bracts that resemble fluttering handkerchiefs or doves. The tree produces showy flowers in the spring on its branches, and the bracts create a beautiful spectacle. The Ghost Tree can reach a height of up to 30 feet and has a spreading crown.
