Echinocereus enneacanthus (Pitaya Cactus)

Echinocereus enneacanthus, commonly known as Pitaya Cactus, is a species of cactus native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It is characterized by its bushy growth habit and spiny stems. The plant produces vibrant, funnel-shaped flowers in shades of red, pink, or orange, which bloom in the spring and summer. This cactus is a great addition to a desert or xeriscape garden, attracting pollinators like bees and hummingbirds. It can reach a height of about 1 foot (30 cm) and spread up to 3 feet (90 cm).
