Elodea canadensis (Underwater Green)

Elodea canadensis, also known as Underwater Green or Anacharis aquatic, is an aquatic plant native to North America. It is commonly found in ponds, lakes, and slow-moving streams. This perennial plant has long, slender, dark green leaves that are arranged in whorls around the stem. It forms dense underwater colonies and provides important habitat for aquatic organisms.
