Ericameria nauseosus nauseosus, commonly known as Dwarf Chamisa or Rabbitbrush, is a compact, mounding shrub that belongs to the Asteraceae family. It has finely textured, needle-like green leaves that create a dense foliage. In late summer and fall, it produces abundant clusters of bright yellow flowers, attracting bees and butterflies. This drought-tolerant shrub is native to western North America and is commonly found in dry, rocky slopes and desert areas.
