Eupatorium maculatum (Spotted Joe-Pye Weed)

Eupatorium maculatum, commonly known as Spotted Joe-Pye Weed, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to eastern North America. It is characterized by its tall, erect stems, reaching a height of 4-6 feet. The plant features clusters of small, pinkish-purple flowers that bloom in late summer to early fall. It has dark green leaves that are lance-shaped and have purple spots, hence the common name 'Spotted' Joe-Pye Weed.
