Fallugia paradoxa (Apache Plume)
Fallugia paradoxa, commonly known as Apache Plume, is a deciduous shrub native to the southwestern United States. It features attractive white flowers with long, showy stamens that appear in clusters in late spring and early summer. The flowers are followed by feathery seed heads that persist into the winter. Apache Plume has a bushy growth habit with fine-textured, gray-green foliage. It can reach a height of 5 to 6 feet and has a spread of approximately 6 feet.
