Galax aphylla (urceolata), commonly known as Wandflower, is a herbaceous perennial plant native to eastern North America. It is often found growing in moist woodland areas. Wandflower has palmate leaves with attractive veins and white flowers that bloom in spring. The plant forms dense mats and provides excellent groundcover in shady areas.
