Gentiana cruciata (Gentian Alpine)

Gentian Alpine (Gentiana cruciata) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe. It has lovely clusters of deep blue, trumpet-shaped flowers that bloom in late spring and early summer. The plant has glossy green leaves that form a rosette and are arranged in whorls along the stem. Gentian Alpine prefers moist, well-drained soil and partial shade.
