Creeping Phlox, scientifically known as Phlox stolonifera 'Blue Ridge', is a low-growing perennial plant that forms a dense mat of dark green foliage. In spring, it produces masses of small, fragrant, lavender-blue flowers that cover the carpet-like foliage. This plant is perfect for groundcover or rock gardens, as it spreads by stolons to create a beautiful, cascading effect. It attracts butterflies and is deer resistant.
