Phyteuma scheuchzera (Horned Rampion)

Phyteuma scheuchzera, commonly known as Horned Rampion or Alpine Rampion, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the mountains of Europe. It grows in rocky alpine meadows and has unique horn-like blue flowers that bloom in late spring and early summer. The plant has long, narrow leaves and grows in clumps.
