Polygonatum biflorum (Solomon's Seal wildflower)
Polygonatum biflorum, commonly known as Solomon's Seal wildflower, is a beautiful perennial plant native to North America. It features arching stems with pairs of green leaves, and in spring, it produces delicate white bell-shaped flowers that hang from the undersides of the stems. The plant gets its name from the seal-like scars that form on the rhizomes after the leaves have dropped. Solomon's Seal wildflower is a lovely addition to woodland gardens or shaded areas, where it can reach a height of 1 to 2 feet and spread out to a width of 1 to 2 feet.
