Prostanthera phylicifolia (Spiked Mint Bush)
Prostanthera phylicifolia, commonly known as the Spiked Mint Bush, is a compact evergreen shrub native to Australia. The plant features small, aromatic leaves that resemble those of a native Australian plant called the Paperbark Tea Tree. In early spring, it produces clusters of pretty pink flowers that attract bees and butterflies. The Spiked Mint Bush is an excellent addition to a wildlife or cottage garden, as it provides both visual appeal and a food source for pollinators.
