Psathyrostachys juncea, commonly known as Russian Wild Rye Grass, is a cool-season perennial grass native to Russia and parts of Asia. This grass is known for its slender, upright growth habit and fine-textured foliage. It forms dense clumps and produces graceful, feathery flower spikes in the summer. Russian Wild Rye Grass is an excellent choice for erosion control and as a forage crop for livestock.
