Quercus laceyi, commonly known as Texas Blue Oak or Lacey Oak, is a species of oak tree native to central and western Texas. It is a medium-sized deciduous tree with a rounded crown and dark gray bark. The leaves are blue-green and deeply lobed, giving the tree a lacy appearance. During the fall, the leaves turn shades of red, orange, and bronze, adding to its visual appeal. Texas Blue Oak is drought-tolerant and thrives in well-drained soils.
