Quillaja saponaria (Soapbark Tree)

Quillaja saponaria, commonly known as the Soapbark Tree, is an evergreen tree native to Chile. It is known for its narrow shape and beautiful cream flowers that bloom in the summer. The tree gets its name from the fact that its bark produces a natural soap-like substance when mixed with water.
