Salix discolor, commonly known as Pussy Willow, is a deciduous shrub native to North America. It is known for its iconic fuzzy catkins that resemble a cat's paws. The leaves are green on top and grayish-blue underneath, creating an attractive contrast. This shrub is often found growing near wetlands, riverbanks, and other moist areas. It can reach a height of 10-20 feet and a width of 10-15 feet.
