Salvia nemorosa (Garden/Woodland Sage)

Salvia nemorosa is a perennial flowering plant commonly known as Garden or Woodland Sage. It belongs to the mint family and is native to Europe. This plant has aromatic gray-green foliage with spikes of densely packed, violet-blue flowers that bloom from late spring to early summer. It attracts bees, butterflies, and other pollinators to the garden. Garden/Woodland Sage grows up to 18-20 inches in height and forms clumps about 12-18 inches in width.
