Scirpus maritimus (Beach Bulrush grass)

Scirpus maritimus, commonly known as Beach Bulrush grass, is a perennial grass with long, slender stems and small, brown flower clusters. It is native to coastal areas and thrives in sandy or muddy soils. This grass is well-adapted to withstand salt spray and high winds, making it suitable for beachfront gardens. The Beach Bulrush grass grows up to 3 feet tall and spreads out in clumps up to 2 feet wide.
