Sedum sediforme (Stonecrop)

Sedum sediforme, commonly known as Stonecrop, is a low-growing perennial succulent plant with thick, fleshy leaves. This plant is native to Europe and has a spreading growth habit. The leaves are light green and grow in a rosette shape, forming a dense carpet-like groundcover. In summer, small yellow star-shaped flowers appear above the foliage.
