Sedum sichotense (Stonecrop)

Sedum sichotense, commonly known as Stonecrop, is a low-growing perennial succulent that belongs to the Crassulaceae family. Its fleshy, gray-green leaves form a dense mat, and small clusters of bright yellow flowers appear in late spring or early summer.
