Sempervivum piliosum (Hen and Chicks)
Sempervivum piliosum, commonly known as Hen and Chicks, is a succulent plant that forms tight clusters of rosettes. Each rosette consists of numerous fleshy leaves, arranged in a spiral pattern. The leaves are typically green, but they can also turn reddish or purple in response to sunlight or cold temperatures. Hen and Chicks produces small, star-shaped, pink or white flowers in summer. This plant is drought-tolerant and can thrive in rock gardens, containers, or as groundcover.
