Vitex negundo 'Heterophylla', commonly known as Chastetree, is a deciduous shrub or small tree native to Asia. It has attractive, aromatic foliage with variable leaf shapes, being either divided or simple, which adds to its ornamental value. In summer, it produces dense spikes of fragrant lavender-blue flowers that attract butterflies and bees. It grows to a height of 10-15 feet with a spread of 8-12 feet.
